These terms apply to your use of this public Dweniva Ops website. Product pilots and paid subscriptions will be governed by separate written service terms agreed before operational use.

1. Website purpose

The website provides general information about Dweniva Systems Limited, Dweniva Ops, early access, demonstrations and indicative pricing. It does not itself create a subscription, guarantee acceptance into a pilot or replace a signed service agreement.

2. Early-access information

Early-access features, plan limits, launch dates and workflows may be refined as customer testing continues. We will clearly explain the applicable scope, price and onboarding terms before you commit to a pilot or paid service.

3. Pricing

The website currently displays a founding-plan price of GHS 300 per month. Custom data migration, extensive setup, integrations, additional training or requirements beyond the stated plan may be quoted separately. No fee is due merely for submitting a demonstration request.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content, impersonate another person or use automated means that impose an unreasonable burden on the service.

5. Intellectual property

Dweniva, Dweniva Ops, the logo, website design, product materials and related content are owned by or licensed to Dweniva Systems Limited unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links to the public website, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

6. Information and availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be unavailable temporarily. Forecasts, illustrations, interface previews and sample journals are explanatory and should not be treated as financial, accounting, tax or legal advice.

7. External services

Links may open services operated by third parties, including WhatsApp and Netlify. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use those services.
